From ed675f42941748ceeb1cc0d3992e50911cb292a3 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Oliver Smith Date: Wed, 25 Nov 2020 19:02:53 +0100 Subject: [PATCH] homepage: update note on how to install add-ons addons.mozilla.org displays the following message when visiting it with the Android Firefox user agent now, while also graying out the usual button to install the add-on: You can install this add-on in the Add-ons Manager. Learn more about add-ons for Android. It is not possible to use a different user agent just for this website anymore, as it used to be with "general.useragent.site_specific_overrides" (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1589607). Therefore, just explain that one can press the "Download file" button to install add-ons. --- src/homepage/bottom.html | 5 +++-- 1 file changed, 3 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/src/homepage/bottom.html b/src/homepage/bottom.html index ab3843b..52d7217 100644 --- a/src/homepage/bottom.html +++ b/src/homepage/bottom.html @@ -11,8 +11,9 @@
